Meet the Author

Maria Garnett Fewer

Maria Garnett Fewer was born in England and has a great affection for her native country. She and her family moved to the U.S. when she was four. She grew up in the Chicago area and earned a business degree from Triton College. 

While her career has been in the business world, Maria has always loved children’s books and the world of adventures they carry you away to. She enjoyed reading to her son when he was young. Maria has a passion for traveling to faraway places. Hazel’s Enchanted Journey is her first book.
